Competitor Levels Should Explain Progress, Not Promise Results
IX5 levels organise participation history, event access and profile recognition. They do not replace skill, guarantee placement or change the published scoring rules.
A useful level system gives players context: which milestones have been completed, what profile features are available and whether an event has separate entry criteria. It should never imply that status can buy a competitive advantage.
What a level can and cannot mean
A competitor level may reflect completed profile checks, event participation or platform activity. It can help organisers identify experienced users, but the match still begins under the same published rules for everyone in that bracket.
Look for a plain explanation of how progress is measured. If a level is linked to invitations, practice rooms or support priority, those benefits should be stated separately from performance prizes.

Track milestones with your own record
Keep the confirmation for completed events and check whether the result has been posted before asking for a correction. Name changes, team transfers and duplicate profiles can delay recognition if the activity cannot be matched cleanly.
A screenshot can help with a missing badge, but a match ID and registered account name are usually more useful. Submit only the information requested by support.
Level-based access should remain transparent
Some practice rooms or advanced events may be intended for competitors with prior results. The access condition should be visible before registration closes, including any regional, roster or device requirement.
If you do not meet a threshold yet, use open events and training resources to build a verifiable history. Avoid anyone claiming they can sell or transfer account status.

- Do not share login details to “boost” a level.
- Report a status discrepancy with one complete timeline.
Keep recognition separate from spending
IX5 competitor recognition is most credible when it follows participation and performance, not purchases. Optional access services should be described on their own terms and should not secretly alter competitive scoring.
Before joining a restricted event, compare your displayed level with the eligibility notice. This takes less time than resolving an avoidable rejection after registration.
